Fees and deadlines below are provisional and will be confirmed when registration opens. Register early once it opens — places are reviewed by the organising team, and visa processes take time.

How registration works
Once registration opens, submit the registration form and the organising team will review your details, then send payment instructions (bank transfer or online payment). Your place is confirmed once payment is received and acknowledged by email.
Invitation letters
Invitation and visa support letters are issued to registered delegates on request. Email contact@hispasia.org with your full name as in your passport, passport number, nationality, organisation, and role.
Cancellations
Written cancellations before 21 September 2026 are refunded minus an administrative fee. After that date fees are non-refundable, though registrations may be transferred to a colleague from the same organisation. See the full terms.
