Registration opens soon — the official dhis2.org event page and this website will announce the opening date. Fees and deadlines shown on this site are provisional until then. If you would like a direct notification, email the organising team at contact@hispasia.org.

Anyone working with or around DHIS2 in the region: policy makers, HIS managers, and digital health leaders from government; implementers, M&E officers, NGO staff, system administrators, analysts, and developers; and researchers, innovators, and members of the DHIS2 core and regional teams.

Once registration opens, complete the registration form. The organising team reviews each registration and then sends payment instructions, typically by bank transfer or online payment. Your place is confirmed once payment is received. Early bird pricing is expected to apply to registrations paid by 31 August 2026.

Written cancellations received before 21 September 2026 are refunded minus an administrative fee. After that date fees are non-refundable, but a registration may be transferred to a colleague from the same organisation. Contact the organisers for details.

Most visitors need an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) obtained through the official portal at eta.gov.lk before travel. Requirements vary by nationality, so check the portal early and apply well in advance of your trip.

Yes. Invitation and support letters are issued to registered delegates on request. Email contact@hispasia.org with your full name as in your passport, passport number, nationality, organisation, and role.

The conference takes place at the Galle Face Hotel, so staying on site or within walking distance along Galle Face Green keeps you steps from the sessions. See the Hotels page for recommended options and indicative rates; any negotiated delegate rates will be published there.

Selected plenary sessions are expected to be streamed, and recordings of key sessions are typically published on the DHIS2 YouTube channel after the event. Streaming links and the recordings archive will be published on this website.
